White jeans are a staple in my wardrobe year round, but I tend to wear them most in spring. They look great paired with spring pastels and neutrals. My favorite pair that I own is by Topshop, but on our trip here in New Zealand and Australia I only brought this pair – which aren’t quite as distressed (both are under $100). The most important factor for me when I’m searching for a new pair of white jeans is the see-through factor. Some pairs are just too thin that no matter what you wear underneath, you can see through them. Both pairs that I linked to above aren’t see through assuming you wear nude-colored undergarments – which I always do! I love monochromatic color palettes so I paired these jeans with my favorite white blazer – which is now sold out, but this one is very similar. My white blazer tends to get a lot of wear this time of year too. I love that a white blazer can easily be transitioned from work to evening to weekends. I brought this one on our trip and I’ve worn it out in place of a jacket (since it’s autumn here) and I’ve also worn it to dinner over a dress because restaurants always seem to be freezing!
