How To Wear The Minimalist Trend.

Blame it on the resurgence of all of the 90’s trends – minimalism is making a big comeback. Less really is more. The minimalist trend may be understated, but it doesn’t have to be boring. In fact, incorporating clean lines and understated details is a great way to modernize your wardrobe. Getting rid of the frills and excess and paring everything down will make your wardrobe feel cleaner and refreshed. Personally, I love the understated sexiness of a minimalist look. Sticking with neutrals for a streamlined look is the easiest way to pull of the trend. Don’t forget about your footwear – which is my favorite way to incorporate of-the-moment trends. A statement heel can really transform any outfit. Stuart Weitzman owns the minimalist footwear trend. Their Nudist collection offers a minimal sandal in every height – perfect for the office, drinks or a formal event. They are the one style of heels that I know I can wear with anything. The Nudistsong sandal is my favorite because it offers enough height without being uncomfortable. I’ve worn these for hours on end with no issues! I own the patent nude and the black leather versions and I’ve gotten so much wear out of both. I’ve been eyeing these slightly higher suede ones too – the height is perfect for my petite frame. These rose gold ones would look amazing for a fall wedding.
