Cold weather almost always take a toll on my skin, but this year I’m taking a stance to combat dry, irritated skin. I’ve recently gotten into a great skincare routine using Colleen Rothschild products. I’m seriously obsessed with all of her products. My skin tends to be on the oilier side, but the winter weather makes it super dry which usually leads to small breakouts. Luckily these products have kept my skin under control after coming back from spring in Australia last week to what feels like winter weather here. I’ve detailed my winter weather routine below. P.S. Here are some products that I highly recommend:
Balancing Gel Cleanser – I LOVE the smell of this cleanser. Aside from that, it’s such a great light cleanser and has helped with breakouts. 
Face Oil No. 9 – This oil is super hydrating which is great for the dry winters that we have. Although my skin is a little oily already, I find that this oil doesn’t make it super greasy. Over the years, I’ve found that when my skin isn’t properly hydrated, it can look oilier – as your skin will naturally produce more oil. 
Radiant Cleansing Balm – This balm is like a mini facial. I put a dollop on my dry skin and then apply the warm, wet muslin cloth over my face and hold it there for a few seconds before wiping away the product. I do this once every few days, but you can use it daily if you wish. It’s such a great, relaxing experience! You will actually look forward to cleansing your skin.
Vitamin C Treatment Complex – After my latest visit to my dermatologist, I discovered the one key step in my skincare routine that I’ve been missing was a Vitamin C product. Vitamin C helps with the tone and texture of your skin and it helps with wrinkles too – which unfortunately is something I definitely have to worry about! Being Latina, dark spots are another issue for me and this also helps with that! 
Sheer Renewal Cream – This cream is one of my favorites that I’ve ever used. It’s super hydrating and so lightweight. I can’t stand my face creams being heavy as it can be tough to apply makeup right away. This one rubs in and absorbs quickly.
