I finally figured out the secret to pulling of a dress over pants – which I have to say I’ve never been a huge fan of mostly because it didn’t look right on me. So what’s the secret? A monochromatic color palette! Sticking with all one color elongates even the most petite frames by creating a seamless transition from the hemline.

I’m all about white this season and I LOVE the fun details on this dress. I actually wore this dress as a dress this past weekend at the reward Style conference (see my look here). Versatility is key for me when buying pretty much anything in my wardrobe so the fact that this dress can be worn as both a dress and as a tunic has me sold.
