Now that spring is here, it’s time to stock up on spring essentials! I always browse the new arrivals at Nordstrom to find the latest styles and trends. The edited assortment at Nordstrom makes finding the perfect items a breeze! I love to add more denim and tops to my wardrobe this time of year. It’s still a little too cold in Minnesota to add too many dresses or rompers to my wardrobe quite yet. The spring arrivals by Vince Camuto at Nordstrom feature so many great separates that can be easily mixed and matched no matter the weather. Here are couple must-haves on my list:

Cleaned Up Denim: I always add at least one new pair of jeans to my spring wardrobe. This season, denim rises are slightly higher and everything is a little more cleaned up. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not giving up my ripped jeans anytime soon, but it is great to have a clean-cut version too. The wash of these Vince Camuto jeans is super flattering. Light denim can be hard to pull off especially in a skinny cut and darker denim always seems to be more versatile. Did I mention how comfortable this pair is too? I could sleep in them! I’m also loving this pair of flares too. Flares look good on virtually every body type! They tend to elongate shorter frames and the higher rise cinches your waist too.

Feminine Cropped Top: Notice how I’m not calling it a “crop top”? I am adding a few of those to my wardrobe this season, but I wouldn’t say a crop top is a MUST for spring. After all, not everyone wants to show off their midriff. A “cropped” top is a must-have, however. As denim rises go higher, a slightly shorter top just looks more flattering. I love the feminine lace on this Vince Camuto top and the bell-sleeves are perfect for spring – and the bohemian vibe of “festival” season. This top would look great paired with a skirt for work or a mini skirt for a night out. It’s one of my favorite things in my wardrobe right now. I just can’t get enough of it.
