Happy Monday! I’m obsessed with rose quartz – the color of the year. The soft pink tone is feminine and works well as a neutral. You can pretty much find anything in this color right now. My biggest shopping regret recently was not purchasing a rose quartz handbag at Nordstrom the other week. By the time I decided I wanted it, I called and of course it was sold out (and not expected to come back in stock anytime soon). I always say it’s best to buy it now and think about it for a few days rather than wait a few days to buy it and risk it selling out. Well I guess I should follow my own advice! This rose quartz-colored jacket is so fun. I definitely took a cue from Olivia Palermo’s NYC fashion week looks. She wore so many fuzzy oversized jackets and I wish I could own every one of them!

This week Phil and I are continuing our cruise life! We’re in New Zealand and Australia for the next month and we’re loving it so far. Visiting Australia has always been on our bucket list, but we only started entertaining the idea of making it happen this year. It’s funny how if you say something out loud and commit to it, it can become a reality. I’ve had that happen so many times in my life! Phil ended up being asked to do another month of performing aboard a cruise ship (this time in Australia and New Zealand) right after we returned home from our last cruise in the Caribbean in February. So here we are!
