I’ve been seeing culottes everywhere lately, but I’ve been hesitant to wear them because I’m so petite and I was afraid they would overwhelm my frame. A good way to try out the trend for us petite ladies (or anyone really) is a culotte jumpsuit. I love this red Topshop jumpsuit that I found at Nordstrom recently. Red is very in right now and the head-to-toe color draws the eye up. The higher waist of this jumpsuit also elongates any frame. I bought this jumpsuit in the regular fit (usually I buy the petite version), but the length seemed just fine. I love that culottes don’t have to be a specific length – just a shorter length than a typical pair of pants. So there you have it. You don’t have to have the body of Kendall Jenner or Gigi Hadid to pull culottes off.
