I love a little pop of color every now and then and this yellow off-the-shoulder top is a great way to add a little whimsy to your summer wardrobe. It’s such a fun statement piece and the best part is, it’s under $100. I love the ruffled neckline and balloon sleeves. I wore this while we were in Chicago this past weekend. We were only in town for a couple of nights for a couple of gigs for Phil, but we had so much fun. We spent the last two weekends there, but there’s so much to do, we’re hoping to get back again soon.
