Velvet is one of the most popular textures for fall. The luxe fabric instantly dresses up any outfit. A velvet jacket is one of the easiest way to wear the trend this season. I love the color of this velvet jacket, but it also comes in black which I may end up purchasing as well because black goes with everything! I love mixing different textures and silhouettes so I paired it with this delicate lace top and my new favorite gray jeans. They’re SO comfortable.

This past weekend went by so quickly. We actually got a taste of summer again yesterday and it was so nice! As much as I love fall fashion, a part of me always dreads fall a little bit because it means winter is right around the corner. We’re headed out on another trip again soon and I can’t wait to share where it’s too! Unfortunately we’ll miss a good chunk of fall and come back right in time for…winter (sigh).
