New York Fashion Week is just as much about the street style as it is about the shows – at least in terms of press coverage. After attending my first fashion week these past two weeks, I can see why! The street style of attendees is so inspiring. Seriously, I’ve been screenshotting and pinning so many looks that I felt inspired by. I feel lucky to have been among such stylish women. I brought so many outfits with me to NYC, but the weather really changed my plans because it was HOT and HUMID! I brought this ripped denim jacket with me just about everywhere. I could not stop wearing it. It’s such an edgy take on the traditional denim jacket. This was one of my favorite looks from fashion week. I wore this lace top and this leather skirt which could be a bit much for daywear, but I paired them with simple black booties and a crossbody bag for a more casual look.
