Happy first day of fall! You can now officially pull on your over-the-knee boots, sip pumpkin spice lattes and bundle up in your favorite blanket scarf next to the fire. There’s nothing I love more than feeling cozy and fashionable on a fall day. Every now and then I like to get a little more dressed up though too. Fall is such a great season to experiment with of-the-moment trends and today I’m sharing a few that I’m loving right now. It’s all about layers and textures for fall. This season lace and suede are two rich textures that look great paired with nearly everything. I love them paired together for a sexy yet edgy vibe – perfect for a fall date night. I wore this outfit this past weekend for a date night downtown.

When I saw this lace-up asymmetrical hem skirt at Nordstrom I felt like it was made for me. I love the rocker vibe and the fit is nearly perfect (the fabric has a little stretch). I’m still dying over these gorgeous tassel heels by Chelsea Paris. They were my saving grace at New York Fashion Week last week after my feet were beat up by all of my other heels. The block heel on these make them much easier to wear for long periods of time. The python heel combined with the tassels and embellished straps are so stunning together.
