My go-to winter outfit combination is a chunky sweater, skinny jeans and over-the-knee boots. I love how simple yet chic this combination is and it can be worn almost anywhere. I’ve been wearing over-the-knee boots nearly every day lately. Even the most basic outfit can be dressed up with a pair of over-the-knee boots. I like pairing them with a more casual outfit for an easy everyday look. I recently bought this chunky cable knit pink turtleneck which I paired with my favorite over-the-knee gray boots. I love pairing pink and gray together for a wintery look. I can’t get enough of chunky sweaters lately. It’s been absoutely freezing here so I’ve been living in sweaters and denim. Although it’s cold, I’m so excited that we finally got snow. Growing up I always hated winter, but after living in LA for the past 5 years, winter has become more a novelty for Phil and me. We love the beautiful white backdrop and whenever we’re in the car, we’re always pointing out photo ops – although we rarely stop lately because it’s just that cold! It’s supposed to snow again this weekend which I’m really looking forward to.
