Holiday parties are one of my favorite things about the season. It’s always fun to catch up with friends and celebrate the holidays together. Phil and I love the Christmas season so we’re always looking for opportunities to celebrate and get in the holiday mood. When it comes to picking out my outfit, it of course depends on the occasion, but I almost always start with the warmest layer. My go-to is a chic blazer which easily pairs with any holiday outfit. When I saw this burgundy blazer, I immediately fell in love with the rich, burgundy shade and luxe velvet. I paired it with this velvet mini and over-the-knee boots for a date night the other weekend. I’m planning on wearing it over a dress for NYE and I know I’ll pair it with jeans and heels for holiday get-togethers too. There’s nothing better than investing in versatile items that you know you’ll wear mutliple ways. A great blazer goes a long way.
