Valentine’s Day doesn’t only have to be about flowers and chocolates. Sometimes the perfect gift is one that you can keep forever. Of course, jewelry always comes to mind as a classic gift, but I’m really not a big jewelry person. Jewelry can be so tough to shop for too! That’s why watches are one of my favorite gifts to give and receive. They are just as timeless as jewelry, but they’re much more practical. Last year, Phil and I exchanged watches and this year I received this beautiful watch from Cluse. I love the gold mesh strap which gives the effect of bracelet and the black face is edgy yet chic. Cluse has so many beautiful watches and the best part is they’re affordable too – with so many under $100 – so you don’t have to feel guilty about dropping a hint…Here are some of my favorites: I love this all black one with a hint of rose gold which is great for a casual look. This rose gold and marble one is also a favorite. The nude strap on this one is minimal and sophisticated.
