As the weather starts to warm up, I love being outside more and chic yet casual pieces have been my go-to lately. There are three pieces that I tend to buy every spring and I end up living in them for most of the season:

Denim jacket: I bought this jacket before NYFW last fall and I saw that Nordstrom started stocking it recently. I’m so glad it’s back because it’s definitely my favorite denim jacket in my closet. The studded detail makes it a show stopper, but the distressed detailing adds a relaxed touch. You all know I can’t get enough of distressed denim!

White dress: I have an obsession with white dresses in the warmer-weather months. I’m not sure when it started, but last spring I stocked up and now have way too many. That didn’t stop me from buying more this season though. I just couldn’t pass up this flowing white dress. When I saw it, I instantly pictured it with moto boots, but it can easily be dressed up with heels or down with sneakers too. I love the tie waist too which makes it so unique.

Sneakers: While I’ll always be a heel girl, sometimes sneakers just make more sense. They definitely came in handy yesterday when I was running errands all over town. I love that sneakers have made such a huge comeback over the last couple of years – and the trend is still going strong. I recently found these adidas Gazelle’s in a random closet in our house and I was so excited because I totally forgot that I bought them and I was going to buy a new pair! I love the gray suede which feels a little sportier than the typical white sneaker.
