One of my favorite things about fall is all of the rich colors of the season. It’s the season to go darker – from your hair to your makeup to your outfit. It’s the best time of year to experiment with rich autumnal shades that mimic nature’s progression. While I typically prefer neutrals year-round, fall colors are so striking, they really make your look pop. Every fall season, berry shades are the go-to color palette, but this season any rich jewel tone is trending. I’m always a fan of burgundy, but this year I’m also loving purple and sapphire blue. I got this romantic one-shoulder top from Intermix in the perfect shade of purple and now I’m hooked on this color. I love that this top works for day or night. I paired it with these distressed jeans (I wear them nonstop lately) and these brown suede booties. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect suede bootie and when I spotted these at Intermix I fell in love with the chunky block heel. I also got this choker neck sweater and this burgundy thermal dress – it’s super flattering and one of my favorite casual dress finds this season.
