When it comes to my summer wardrobe, I like to keep it easy and chic. Summers in Minnesota are super hot and humid so I live in breathable, airy fabrics that keep me cool. I’m usually in one of three outfits during the summers – easy dresses, basic tops with denim cut-offs or statement tops with denim. Those three pairings are always on rotation for me because they’re effortless, comfortable and can be dressed up or down. Summer Day Dresses

While I’m usually not big on dresses throughout the year, summer weather calls for day dresses because they’re so easy to throw on and they keep me cool. When we’re just relaxing at home on the weekends, I’m usually in a basic tee or cami and denim shorts. Basics are great because they’re easy and comfortable, but when I buy basics I like to pick ones that have an interesting cutout or silhouette. Macy’s 1.
