Basics To Take You Into Summer

Happy Monday! It’s been so nice here, it feels like we skipped spring and went straight into summer. I’ve been attempting to clean out my wardrobe and simplify it a bit. You’ve probably noticed me wearing some of my favorite pieces more than once lately. I just hate the idea of wearing things once and then never showing how to restyle them. Personally, I feel inspired by styling pieces multiple ways so I’m going to be sharing a lot more of those types of outfits. One of the best ways to restyle pieces is to have a great foundation of basics that can be easily mixed and matched. I rely on denim cut-offs, white tees (or bodysuits) and statement tops or jackets in the spring and summer. Keep scrolling for my favorites.
One of my favorite things to wear in the spring and summer is a statement trench. It’s the easiest way to elevate even the most basic outfits. I bought this one earlier this year and it’s now 25% off and it comes in four colors.
More Favorite Statement Coats
This white bodysuit was one of my best purchases this year because it’s slimming and goes with everything. It can easily be dressed down with denim or paired with a skirt for a night out.
More Favorite White Tops
I live in denim cut-offs in the warmer months. I love how effortless they are and they work with everything. I just bought these high-waisted ones for under $50 and they’re 30% off right now too.
