Another month of summer is coming to an end and fall is right around the corner. Summer always goes too quickly, but it’s the season I always seem to remember most. This month we finished our backyard landscaping project (thanks to Phil), lit off fireworks, caught up with friends and family and started making plans for our next home renovation project. I can’t wait to get started come fall! We’re still putting the finishing touches on our basement – which I’ll be sharing soon! This coming month we will be traveling a little bit more – starting this week! Follow along on Instagram to see where we are headed. In the coming weeks, I’ll be switching over more of my apparel to fall as it starts to cool down. I’m also planning on returning to YouTube very soon so stay tuned for that.

These Marc Fisher booties from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale were a top seller this past month. The sale is still going on through this week and prices go back up on August 6th. I love the studs on these.

This faux leather jacket (under $60) is also from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I love the designs on the shoulders and the bright silver hardware.

This red duster sweater is one of my favorite items in my closet right now. I’m so glad you guys liked it too. It’s lightweight enough to wear now and it will be a great fall sweater too.

I feel like I wear this white bodysuit with everything lately. It’s so soft and it’s super flattering.

I can never have enough denim shorts in my wardrobe. I wear them daily in the summer. This pair has been my favorite lately. Unfortunately, they’re almost sold out, but this pair and this pair are very similar and affordable.

This blazer is probably my favorite summer blazer because it’s lightweight yet still has some structure. I love that it’s a little longer too so it looks great paired with shorts.
