My Favorite Places To Shop For Fall Fashion

While it’s easy to know what you need to add to your fall wardrobe, knowing where to shop is a completely different story. I always try to shop at a mix of fast fashion retailers, department stores and designer sites – but the search can be overwhelming. I scour the internet daily to find inspiration and I always get so excited when I find pieces that I know you’ll love too. While you guys know I share the details for every outfit I post on Instagram here on my blog, the best pieces oftentimes sell out super quickly. So today I want to share a list of my favorite places to shop for fall fashion. These are the places where I find the best inventory from the brands I love.
Outfit Details (above): Lovers + Friends Ivory Sweater (wearing an XS) | By The Way Faux Leather Shorts (wearing an XS) | Raye Heels | Chanel Bag (verified authentic, preowned) | Celine Sunglasses (better for budget here)
Free People Tunic Sweater | Burberry Trench (wearing a US 0) | Stuart Weitzman OTK Boots (budget version here) | Givenchy Antigona Bag | Saint Laurent Sunglasses
Nordstrom
Nordstrom is where I shop for fall staples like sweaters, coats, and boots. Like many people, I love Nordstrom for their flexible return policy, free shipping, and competitive pricing. The unwavering list of brands they carry from Free People and Topshop to Madewell and J. Crew are perfect for everyone. You also get an amazing range of price points – whether you’re in the market for something luxury or affordable, Nordstrom has it all!
Lovers + Friends Sweater Dress (wearing an XXS) | By The Way Faux Leather Skirt (wearing an XS) | Christian Louboutin Heels | Chanel Bag (preowned, guaranteed authentic) | Zara Earrings (sold out, similar here)
Revolve
Revolve is a cult favorite among the fashion community and it’s so easy to see why. Their inventory is never short of trendy, feminine styles. It’s my go-to stop for sweaters dresses, tops, and denim. In fact, not many retailers are carrying sweater dresses right now, but you’ll find a great selection at Revolve. Some of the brands I wear on repeat include GRLFRND denim (they have the best fitting jeans), Free People, Tularosa, and Lovers + Friends. You can also find a good batch of cute, affordable brands like By The Way, one of my absolute favorites!
Aqua Plaid Blazer (sold out, similar here and here) | Aqua Ruffle Top (sold out, similar here) | Hudson Lace Up Jeans (sold out, similar here) | Ring Handle Bag (sold out, similar here) | Saint Laurent Sunglasses | Marc Fisher Booties (sold out, similar here)
Mango
Mango’s fall collections are always filled with the chicest coats, pants, and sweaters – and they fit extremely well if you’re on the petite side like me. Their lofty set of basics with a twist and structured pieces are perfect for elevating any look.
Shopbop Off the Shoulder Sweater (sold out, similar here and here) | Blank Denim Leather Pants | Alexandre Birman Heels (better for budget here) | Quay x Desi Perkins Sunglasses | Similar Leather Jacket | Givenchy Antigona Bag
Shopbop
Shopbop carries the best pieces from my favorite brands like Endless Rose, L’Agence, Line & Dot – and again, Free People. If you’re ever in need of trendy statement tops, sweaters, or layering pieces for fall, Shopbop’s got your fall fashion shopping covered!
H&M Biker Jacket (similar here) | H&M Sweater Dress (similar here) | Stuart Weitzman OTK Boots (budget version here) | Givenchy Antigona Bag | Quay Sunglasses
H&M
Finally, my round up of places to shop wouldn’t be complete without H&M, another cult classic that never fails to intrigue me. I’m a big fan of their sweaters and coats– I can rarely resist a great coat and theirs are always priced so well. Their fall pieces sell out super fast so if you see something you love, be sure to snag it quickly! They also have a great selection of premium quality pieces like cashmere sweaters that are totally worth the price, but they also have incredibly affordable pieces like this sweater (under $10)! I still have a bunch of sweaters from last year that I can’t wait to pull back out again.
