One of the most popular questions you guys ask me relates to the designer pieces in my wardrobe. You guys are especially curious about my favorites and the best investment pieces that are worth the splurge. While I don’t think it’s entirely necessary to splurge all the time, I do believe a few great pieces can make a huge difference in your wardrobe. I can honestly say that whenever I’m pulling an outfit together these days, I rely on at least one luxury good to put the finishing touches on my outfit.
There’s special something about the craftsmanship that’s immediately noticeable and feels so elevated. I also believe that a designer piece is worth the investment especially if you know you’ll wear it for a long time since they all hold up really well and rarely ever go out of style. Below, I’m sharing 10 picks that I frequently wear and have held up the best. Many of them I’ve had for years while some are newer too. Scroll ahead for those exact pieces.
Balmain
1. Classic Blazer
Blazers are a smart investment because you can get so much wear out of them. Balmain makes some of my favorites because of the sharp and elegant silhouette. I always feel like a total boss in it.

2. Sunglasses
These flat top sunglasses are great because they're so lightweight but sturdy. I feel like they add a cool, edgy feel to everything I wear - and since they're all black, they pair well with anything.

3. Double Flap Bag
This Chanel bag was one of my first investment pieces and remains one of my favorites, especially for dressier occasions. It's such an elegant bag that makes any outfit feel luxe. Although it's super expensive, you can always opt for a gently used option that's reasonably priced from websites like The RealReal.

4. Trench Coat
If there’s one piece in my closet that stands the test of time, it has to be my Burberry trench. It’s an iconic piece that never goes out of style. I love that you can wear it in both spring and fall.

7. Suede Pumps
Besides handbags, I don't mind splurging on designer shoes because they're such a work of art and last much longer. Gianvito Rossi makes one of the most comfortable pairs I own. I just love the soft suede and sturdy heel of the 105 pumps.

9. Mini Dionysus Bag
When it comes to mini bags, the one I reach for most is the Gucci's Dionysus. I love carrying this one because it never gets dirty. It's also a huge bonus that you can carry it as a crossbody or shoulder bag.

10. So Kate Pumps
The classic 'So Kate' pumps are by far the sexiest, most beautiful pair of heels I own. They do take a little more time to break into, but they hold up incredibly well and make any outfit seem more expensive.
