I’m a fan of drugstore and luxury beauty products alike; however, I sometimes resort to more expensive brands when my skin needs it. Luxury brands tend to have stronger roots in clinical testing and research, so their products can be more effective and turnover faster results. But I realize that indulging in a stash of expensive products isn’t realistic for everyone, so I wanted to share the top 10 luxury skincare brands I swear by. I don’t know about you, but the weather always has an impact on my complexion. Many of the products below give me the boost of hydration I need to drive away scaly patches and replenish it with the proper nutrients. Scroll on to get my favorite brands and products.

1. Elemis

I have been using the Elemis line for over a year now and I have to say I’m in love. I appreciate how this line focuses on hydration, which helps combat early signs of aging. Not only that, but everything smells amazing. I swear by the The Pro-Collagen Marine Cream and use it regularly in my morning routine.

2. La Mer

La Mer is a cult favorite – and is super pricey, but I feel that the results can justify the steep price tag. The moisturizer is what they’re known for, although La Mer offers a full range of skincare products. Personally, I’m a fan of the face cream since it’s incredibly rich, calms irritated skin, and increases firmness.

3. Drunk Elephant

I was introduced to Drunk Elephant last year and became an instant fan of its non-toxic formulas. They are so effective but gentle on the skin. I love that you can pick between a few mini sets at Sephora, that way you can test out their products before making a full commitment.

4. Charlotte Tilbury

Charlotte Tilbury makes some of my favorite makeup products, but I also love its skincare offerings. I’m all about hydrated skin and the Magic Cream always gives me a glowing complexion. It’s the perfect base product before applying makeup.

5. Caudalie

Caudalie is another brand I can’t stop raving out when it comes to clean beauty. Since my top skin concern these days is anti-aging, I love that it’s one of the brand’s primary focus. It’s also a bonus that the products are infused with plant-based and botanical ingredients!

6. Fresh

A few times a week, I like to indulge in a good face mask and my favorites are from Fresh Beauty. I love anything that gently exfoliates and deeply cleanses my skin – and their masks do it all without drying it out.

7. Tatcha

Ever since discovering the Water Cream and Silk Canvas Primer from Tatcha, I have been obsessed with the line. All of its products promote glowing, luminous skin, which is perfect for spring.

8. Sunday Riley

If you’re in need of multi-tasking skincare products that do what they promise, Sunday Riley is a great option. The range of serums and oils in this line are full of beneficial acids that helps me get fresher and smoother skin when I get the occasional breakout.

9. SK-II

SK-II’s Facial Treatment Essence is another cult favorite among celebrities and bloggers. It’s centered around “pitera”, a unique ingredient found in the sake fermentation process that keeps the skin youthful. With continued use, your skin will start to improve in tone and texture.

10. La Prairie

I have had my fair share of expensive and luxurious skincare products, and one brand that lives up to its hype is La Prairie. With the infusion of precious ingredients like gold and caviar, it’s easy to see why prices get so steep. The products are as luxurious as they sound – and you really do see visible results within a short timeframe.
