And nothing gets me in the mood for warmer weather like stocking up on spring’s latest trends. Fortunately, it doesn’t have to cost a ton. I love scoring the season’s top trends at a fraction of the runway price – and Nordstrom’s Trend Collection is always my favorite place to start.

Plus, its selections are always loaded with the most up-to-date styles, making it easy to stay on trend and in style. Today, I’m excited to be partnering with Nordstrom to share some of my spring must-haves I can’t wait to wear.

Boilersuit

I have to confess, I wasn’t sold on this trend at first, but when I saw this denim boiler suit, I knew I had to to give it a try. I love the off-white color and the since I’m always in denim, this suit is a great way to mix it up. Boiler suits are a great way to play into this season’s utilitarian trend. To soften up this masculine trend, I left some buttons undone and added a lace bralette and my favorite nude heels.

Stripes

There’s no doubt spring is the season for stripes. I always add a couple of striped pieces to my spring wardrobe. While stripes can feel very nautical, there are so many ways to wear them this season. From jumpsuits to dresses, they can look chic for any occasion.

Lace

Spring always evokes a more feminine side of my style. I love adding lace pieces to my wardrobe for a soft, feminine touch. Even if it’s just a peek of a lace bralette under a top, lace can completely change the feel of an outfit.

Pastels

While I’m most often in neutrals, pastels are a fun yet subtle way to mix it up. The best part is pastels can look great on every skin tone, just don’t choose one too close your skin color to avoid washing you out. Lavender is the pastel I’m seeing pop up everywhere this season.

Cropped Denim

Personally, I love this trend because I’m petite, but cropped denim is actually super flattering for any height. Showing a bit of ankle can really elongate your frame. Nordstrom has so many affordable ways to try out the trend.
