3 Ways to Style Sneakers This Season

It’s no secret that I am more a heels kind of girl, but lately I have been falling more in love with sneakers. Sneakers are great for adding sportier elements into polished looks – or just adding a tougher, street style edge to an everyday outfit.
One of the more affordable sneakers I have been loving this season is the Reebok Club C 85 – largely in part due to its streamlined silhouette and retro style. The sneaker itself embraces simplicity with its minimal, leather design while the inside is lined with the softest terry material. All of that combined makes them extra comfortable!
I’ve always felt that having a pair of sneakers that are well-made and not too trendy is essential. This makes them easier to pair with anything in your wardrobe. If you’re ready to add some sneakers to your spring looks, here are three easy ways to do it.
Relaxed Weekend Fit
Sometimes, it’s important to give your feet a well-deserved break – and the weekends are the best time to go for an off-duty chic look. One of my favorite ways to style the Reebok Club C 85 is with a pair of leggings and oversized tee. I typically don’t like wearing super sporty clothing, so discreet pieces like leggings and sneakers are great for a casual and comfy weekender look. I sometimes like to top it all off with my favorite baseball cap.
Street Style Chic
Sneakers are my footwear of choice whenever I want to grab coffee, take my dogs for a walk, or run errands. They’re just the best accessory for a functional and effortless look. To perfect that street style chic vibe, I like to pair my Reebok Club C 85 with distressed jeans. I’ll then throw on a tank or bodysuit and layer on a moto jacket to pull the whole outfit together. For comfier days, you can’t go wrong with athleisure pieces.
Business Casual
If your office has a fairly relaxed dress code – or if you happen to work for yourself, sneakers can be great for business casual outfits. Every now and then, I need to attend a business or lunch meeting. I’ll typically go for an outfit that strikes a healthy balance of formal and trendy. For these occasions, I love throwing on a tailored blazer, dark skinny jeans or leather pants, and a pair of trainers. It always looks professional yet stays true to my edgier style.
