I’m obsessed with all things denim, but there’s nothing I love more than a pair of classic white skinnies. They’re the perfect way to freshen up your wardrobe for spring! White denim may sound like a basic wardrobe staple, but it can be tricky to style right since it’s so stark. Playing with layers, colors, and textures is really the key to making it chic and effortless. Since white jeans are one of my most-worn pieces during the warmer months, I wanted to share some of my favorite pairings throughout the season. 1. With a Lace Cami
Lace camis are a summer staple I swear by – and they’re a great way to dress up basic white jeans. I love tucking lace camis into high-waisted jeans and topping it off with a blazer or light cardigan. You can really get away with this look for casual Fridays at the office and then transition it into the evening by taking off the blazer. It’s such a feminine look that you can’t go wrong with.

2. White on White
Few things say summer like white on white. When rocking an all white look in the spring or summer, it’s all about texture and proportions. A lace blouse and pair of white pumps dress up white jeans while a swingy top gives it a more casual feel. I almost always throw on a nude trench or duster jacket to keep the look interesting.

3. With Dark Colors
There isn’t a color combination that I find as stunning as black and white. It’s so easy to throw together when you’re pressed for time – and you can take it to the next level with a trendy top and a statement bag. The stark contrast allows every element of the outfit to pop. This also applies to darker colors such as navy, maroon, and gray.

4. With Summer Prints
There are some prints that belong to summer, such as stripes, gingham, and florals. Whether it’s a top, jacket, or a basic tee, prints are a great way to offset bright white bottoms. You can dress it up with heels for a special event or wear it with espadrilles for an easy summer look.

5. Denim on Denim
Perhaps the easiest way to style white jeans is by opting for a denim on denim outfit. It’s a classic formula that you can rework in various ways. Blue denim or chambray button down tops make a great everyday match with white jeans while a denim bustier exudes a flirty summer vibe. I always love the addition of a blue denim jacket with white jeans too!
