Now that the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is open to everyone to shop, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite in stock picks across categories. Last week I shared what was still in stock from what I purchased for myself, but today I wanted to share the pieces that Phil bought. I always love shopping for Phil during the sale. He usually does a first pass through the men’s section and then I always walk back through it with him to see if he missed anything. This year he initially passed on several of the pieces I picked out, but after I insisted he try them on – he ended up loving them (like this pair of denim – which has quickly become his favorite pair in his closet). Each year the men’s sale features classic designer pieces that rarely go on sale like the Salvatore Ferragamo belt and the Salvatore Ferragamo loafers – which have become staples in Phil’s wardrobe. I love they can easily be dressed up or down. The sale is also a great time to start thinking about quality holiday gifts that you know he’ll love.
