Fashion month is always an exciting time to scout out the up and coming trends. One of the first places I look to for inspiration when shopping for the season ahead is what designers showcase on the runway. I’ve mentioned before that there are always certain pieces that will sell out before a season starts, which means I have to keep a close eye on designer collections as soon as they hit the market. I have to admit, I do a lot of my shopping beforehand – but I don’t always showcase everything on the blog or Instagram until the season feels appropriate.

One of the ways I’m able to get my hands on select designer pieces early on is through Moda Operandi Trunkshows. I love using Trunkshows to shop my favorite designers before everyone else – and to discover rising designers that aren’t super popular yet.
