6 Comfy & Stylish Outfits To Wear On Thanksgiving

I’m not sure where time has gone, but Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and I’m super excited for it. I’m looking forward to spending quality time with Phil and our families, enjoying all the delicious food, and getting a head start on my holiday shopping. I don’t know about you guys, but I find that there are always so many events leading up to Thanksgiving day whether it’s celebrating with friends or co-workers. So, I always try to be prepared with various outfits for each occasion and wanted to share them with you guys today. Whether you’re traveling, staying in town, or dining out, here are some stylish 0utfits to wear on Thanksgiving. Be sure to shop early so you get them in time for the holidays!

Shopbop C/Meo Collective Sweater (wearing an XS) | Blank Denim Faux Leather Pants (wearing a 24 – run TTS) | Revolve Raye Booties (run TTS) | Bottega Veneta Pouch Bag (better for budget here) | Tom Ford Sunglasses (better for budget here)

Home With Your Family: Festive Sweater + Leather Pants

Being at home with family is the best way to enjoy Thanksgiving, and it’s one of my favorite times to dress for comfort. You guys know how much I love leather pants, but you can opt for coated denim for something more comfortable. (This pair is my favorite and it’s currently 30% off!) Adding a fun sweater with festive details, such as pom poms and fringe, help tone down the edginess of leather.

Mango Coat (wearing an XXS) | Similar Sweater Dress | Celine Sunglasses (budget version here) | Mango Snakeskin Boots (exact style sold out, similar here and here) | Bottega Veneta The Pouch (in Mist color – in stock now!)

Dressy Dinner: Sweater Dress + Tailored Coat

There’s always that friend or family member who loves wining and dining instead of cooking. When I’m invited to a nice dinner, a chic sweater dress in a darker color and tailored coat is my go-to outfit formula. It feels even dressier with a clutch and over the knee boots.

Thanksgiving With His Family: Dressy Top & Plaid Skirt

Thanksgiving plans that involve your significant other’s family call for ladylike pieces that are comfortable yet figure-flattering. I love a plaid mini skirt that hits right above the knees with a modest top tucked in. Whether you’re going out for lunch or dinner, sleek knee-high boots will tie the outfit together and impress the family.

Balmain Blazer (wearing an FR 34, better for budget here) | Louis Vuitton Shawl (better for budget here) | Frame Coated Denim (wearing a 23 – size down) | Louis Vuitton Pouch | Tom Ford Sunglasses (better for budget here) | Christian Louboutin Heels (better for budget here)

Office Occasion: Cream Blazer + Brown Pants

If you work in a professional setting that celebrates Thanksgiving, here’s an ensemble that’s smart yet trendy. Blazers can sometimes feel too serious at the office, so I’m always looking for ways to make it feel more wearable during the holidays. I’m loving how casual yet festive it looks with brown coated jeans

Friendsgiving: Tunic Sweater + OTK Boots + Shearling Jacket

I’m all for outfits that channel cozy chic vibes for Friendsgiving, and I don’t think anything does that better than a tunic sweater and shearling jacket. This simple outfit formula will keep you warm and stylish, especially with the addition of over the knee boots. I’ve been all about brown tones lately and there couldn’t be a better time for it.

Any Occasion: Monochromatic Layers & Raw Hem Jeans

If you have no set plans for Thanksgiving and need an outfit that will work for any occasion, I’d recommend keeping it casual but chic with monochromatic layers, raw hem jeans, and pointed-toe heels. You can wear this look anywhere from cozy gatherings with the family to dressy date nights and everything in between.
