It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is already next week, which means we’re headed straight into my favorite time of the year – the holidays! While it’s normal to start buying gifts for our loved ones, this is also a good time to think about what we want for ourselves. As much as I love receiving tons of little surprises, it’s the more thoughtful, luxurious gifts that are my favorites. Every year, I add a designer piece to my wish list and often prefer to get them pre-owned because I know holiday spending can get out of control. I typically start browsing on eBay before pulling my list together because the Authenticate program makes it so easy to shop for genuine, pre-owned goods. Today, I wanted share all the best designer pieces on eBay that’s on my list and also worth adding to yours!

Everyday Bags

I’m often asked about the best designer handbags in my wardrobe and it’s always the most practical ones that pop up first. I truly believe that the best designer pieces are those that you can use everyday. Some of my most carried bags are the Louis Vuitton Neverfull, Givenchy Antigona, and Celine tote. I just love how they’re built to last and can essentially hold everything. This year, the Celine Belt bag is high on my list, and I’m currently watching this one from eBay.

Chain Bags

Designers typically increase their prices every year to keep up with demand, which holds particularly true for Chanel bags. There isn’t a better time to put the classic flap bag on your wish list. Another chain bag I can’t live without is my Saint Laurent Sunset Crossbody bag – it’s such a great piece to wear for day or night.

Travel Bags & Accessories

If you travel a lot or want to upgrade your luggage and travel accessories, you should probably add some Louis Vuitton pieces to your list. I’ve been eyeing the Keepall duffle and haven’t been able to track it down in stores or online. I was able to get the Toiletry Pouch, which many of you have been asking me about on Instagram. It’s also been sold out, but I found an autheticated one on eBay (here).

Designer Shoes & Accessories

The holidays are also a great time to add designer shoes and accessories to your list too. Whether you’re looking for hard-to-find pieces, like these Chanel Combat boots or a more practical trend like Golden Goose sneakers, you can find them on eBay for much less than buying them brand new.

eBay is usually packed with listings, so if you’re not exactly sure how to navigate it, I wanted to share some tips for that. First, always make sure you’re browsing the Authenticate selections (here). From there, you can narrow down your search to designer, size, color, and more. If you’re performing a search, be sure to select the “Authenticity Verified” filter in the sidebar. You can then filter out your search further with selections that include the item location, return and shipping policy.
