At the start of a new season, it can be tricky prioritizing what to buy and what to skip – especially since most of us are tired of winter layers and want to overhaul our entire wardrobe. However, keep in mind that adding just one piece from each category below can do wonders for your wardrobe and freshen up your look entirely.

Jackets

Light layers are still much needed at the start of spring. I always love trading my wool coats for lighter pieces like a trench coat, denim jacket, or moto jacket. Any of these picks will instantly add a spring vibe to an outfit.

It’s no secret that I’m obsessed with statement tops and I am completely enamored with spring’s trendy details. From puff sleeves to square necklines, it’s so easy to dress up a basic pair of jeans.

A feminine, romantic dress is something every woman should have in her wardrobe for spring. There’s always an occasion that will come up for it – like weddings, spontaneous vacations, or even date nights.
