With the #NSALE opening to the public this week (on Wednesday), Phil and I wanted to share his top Nordstrom Anniversary Sale picks for men. It’s the perfect time to find amazing deals on fall essentials and high-quality garments for the men in your life. One of the best reasons to scour the men’s department is also to snag a few pieces for yourself – like an oversized sweater or boyfriend tee! As I mentioned before, Phil usually goes through the sale and picks out his favorites, then I’ll take a second look just to make sure he didn’t miss out on anything. Outerwear & Suiting

We typically never go too crazy on outerwear from the men’s section during the #NSALE, but just had to grab some quality suiting. Since Phil’s a piano player, he’s always looking for a new suit to perform in. Men’s suits can be really pricey, especially if you’re looking for an investment piece, so this one by BOSS felt like a complete steal at under $500. For a lightweight, everyday piece, Phil picked out this windbreaker jacket which Phil has already gotten a lot of use out of on rainy days when we walk the dogs.

Tops & Tees

When it comes to men’s clothing, simple tops and tees are are great pieces that they can easily throw together with a pair of jeans. This season, Phil really liked this Vince tee and this All Saints one. He’ll be able to wear them now while temperatures are warmer and then layer them under light jackets later. We also grabbed this henley, which will come in handy for the chilly days ahead.

Denim

Every guy needs some good denim that are comfy and will last a long time. We both loved the Ksubi jeans (here and here) for the nice slim fit and slight distressing at the knees. They’re really great quality and such a good deal! Phil got a pair last year during the sale and they’re by far his most worn pair of denim. He’s been on the hunt for a new pair so he was excited to see them included in the sale this year. You also can’t go wrong with these All Saints jeans. Phil has already gone a few pairs and loves the sleek look because they can be dressed up or down.

Shoes & Accessories

We can never pass on the Salvatore Ferragamo selections for men. The pebbled reversible belt is always a great buy – and we love that it looks really chic with a tailored suit or denim. It’s definitely an investment piece, but totally worth it if you wanted to buy it as a gift. You also can’t go wrong with these loafers. It comes in three versatile colors and will definitely get tons of wear this fall.

In case you missed it in my stories, the men’s Nike Air Max 270 sneakers are still in stock in many sizes. Phil and I both got a pair and love them! If you missed out on the women’s option, you can size down by a full-size in the men’s and get the same look.
