6 Chic Ways to Wear White Jeans in the Winter

White jeans are a staple in my wardrobe year round. Although I tend to wear them most in the spring and summer, you’ll catch me wearing them in the winter when I get tired of the typical black and blue denim. I have to admit that it can be tough to know exactly how to style white jeans in a way that’s winter appropriate. However, it’s usually all about the colors and textures that you pair with them. Since spring is around the corner, this is truly the best time to break out your best white denim. If you haven’t quite figured out what to wear with them, try one of my six outfits below.

1. With A White Sweater & Neutral Coat
An all white ensemble with a neutral colored coat is probably the easiest way to pull off white jeans in the winter. This outfit works for the office, especially with a pair of nude pumps. You can easily take the dressiness down a notch by teaming the look with boots or flats.
Tularosa Sweater | Agolde White Denim | Express Beanie (under $20) | Chanel 19 Shearling Bag | Christian Louboutin White Pumps (better for budget here) | Tom Ford Sunglasses (exact style sold out, similar here and here)
2. With Beige Layers
If wearing bright white jeans makes you feel uncomfortable during the colder months, try pairing it with beige tones. An off-white sweater and beanie are no fail options. It gives off the same refreshed, chic vibes as a crisp white look but is easier on the eyes.
Mango Faux Fur White Coat (sold out, similar here) | Revolve Black Turtleneck Sweater (wearing an XS) | Topshop White Denim (wearing a 25) | Chanel Combat Boots (better for budget here) | Moncler Beanie (better for budget here) | Chanel Bag | Celine Edge Sunglasses (sold out, similar here – better for budget here)
3. With Black Combat Boots
I’m all for a punchy contrast, especially if it’s blurring the lines between edgy and feminine. That’s why I love wearing white jeans with black combat boots. Be sure to add black accents with a handbag, cat-eye sunglasses, and a beanie for a cool winter look.
Majorelle Faux Fur Coat (sold out, similar here and here) | Similar Louis Vuitton Shawl | Kyi Kyi Pom Pom Beanie | Topshop White Denim (wearing a 25) | Tom Ford Sunglasses (exact style sold out, similar here and here) | Louis Vuitton Toiletry Pouch 26
4. With A Plush Faux Fur Coat
If you’re hunting for a night out look that will keep you warm and fashionable, just wear a faux fur coat with your white jeans. Sneak in trendy accessories like a blanket scarf and cute beanie to stay extra toasty.
Ksubi White Tee (sold out, similar here) | NY Yankees Baseball Cap (also here) | Similar Leather Jacket (better for budget here) | Similar White Denim (better for budget here) | Christian Louboutin White Heels (better for budget here) | Saint Laurent Sunset Bag | Saint Laurent Sunglasses (better for budget here)
5. With A Graphic Tee & Biker Jacket
You can put another spin on the edgy black and white outfit combo with a classic biker jacket. I especially love this look with a graphic tee and baseball cap. It can take you from day to night – and also easily transitions into spring.

6. With A Cropped Shearling Jacket
I love my tonal outfits in the winter. One of the ways I pull this off with white jeans is via textures. A cropped shearling jacket is great for petite girls like me since it creates the illusion of longer legs. It’s also such a statement-maker, which takes attention away from the jeans.
