It’s officially June and summer is soon to be in full swing! Though I’m excited for the change of seasons and all the things to come with it, I think it’s so important to look back and appreciate all the great things that happened. One of the best accomplishments was finalizing the last of my home projects, specifically my entryway and piano room. These areas are where I shoot all my mirror selfies, so you can expect to see more of that this month as I breakout my summer gear. Before we dive head first into summer, I wanted recap some of my favorite outfits from May.
1. Vacation Mode
A dress is really all you need to get through summer. This dreamy knit textured dress with the handkerchief hem is so unique yet attention grabbing. I’m so happy I got it in time for this past Memorial Day weekend.

2. Summer Set
I’m starting to get back into tailored shorts again, especially in light neutral colors to create a smart, polished look. This outfit is just that!
3. Gray Days
A no-fail way to switch up your summer athleisure wear is to try a colorblock set. The understated design ensures you’ll look sporty chic without trying too hard.
4. Kylie Skin
It’s not common that you’ll find me in bold saturated hues. However, this pink cardigan caught my eye last month and I knew I needed it. I was surprised so many of you loved it too! Get my full review HERE.
5. Pop Of Neon
Although I’ve worn pops of neon in the past, I never thought I’d catch myself wearing a full neon green outfit. Express completely changed my mind with this chic coordinating set.
6. Polka Dot Top
My favorite thing about summer style is all the fun statement tops that I can wear. This polka dot top with the bustier detailing is everything – fun, feminine and flirty. I’ll be dressing it up in more ways this summer.
7. Spring Workwear
As people begin heading back into the office, you should probably start thinking about what to wear this summer. I can’t think of anything I’d rather wear more than this ribbed knit midi dress from Nordstrom. It’ll take you from the desk to happy hour instantly.
8. Chic At Home
I’ll dress up at home every now and then for the occasional photoshoot or just to stay inspired. This was one look I pulled together while sharing the last of our home renovations (HERE). I’ve gotten so many questions about these super chic Karen Millen pants – and I have nothing but great things to say.
9. Summer Dress
Summer is filled with the best excuses to dress up from graduations to weddings and more. This super affordable dress from Forever 21 can be worn anywhere. I love the flirty, off-the-shoulder silhouette paired with nude sandals and a woven shoulder bag.
10. Summer Uniform
At the end of the day, there’s nothing I want to wear more than a summer top with white jeans and sneakers in the summer. It’s my go-to uniform for the season. This camel top is just perfect with the combination of the sweetheart neckline, ribbed knit texture and rich camel tone.
