As an influencer, it’s even overwhelming for me to navigate at times – although it is part of my job to study these trends. Having kept a close eye on the fashion landscape in recent months, I’ve spotted several trends that I believe will be the most popular of the season. I don’t necessarily consider myself a Y2K fashion enthusiast, but I couldn’t deny the appeal of the coveted corset top. It’s truly the best going-out piece of the season being equal parts sexy, feminine, and chic. I love how it elevates even the most casual pieces like ripped denim or joggers.

Miniskirts
After a long two years in isolation, I think it’s safe to say that most fashion lovers are ready to experiment with bold, risque pieces. Hence, the return of the micro miniskirt. I’ll likely opt out of super short, thigh-grazing hemlines in place of something that rises just above the knees. No matter how short you go though, pulling off this trend is about nailing the right proportions.

Cropped Cardigans & Shrugs
I’m actually stoked for cropped cardigans and shrugs. It’s a trend you can start wearing now with winter temps in full swing. They’re so easy to throw on with leggings, jeans or sweatpants, adding a nostalgic edge to your look. Both the cropped cardigan and shrug are available in sets, so styling them is a breeze.

Draped Detailing
There are plenty of feminine spring trends to watch out for too. One that I’m crushing on is the drape detail. This look was inspired by Grecian silhouettes and goddess-like dressing. It features extra fabric gathered in a way that drapes the body so delicately – it’s absolutely exquisite.

Crochet
The last trend to make note of is crochet. Since spring hasn’t arrived just yet, there isn’t much crochet ready-to-wear pieces available to shop. But if you’re planning a vacation soon, you’ll have plenty of swimsuit cover-ups and dresses to pick from. These pieces will definitely put you in that vacation state of mind.
