My Top Spring Denim Picks At Every Price Point

I spend most of the year living in denim – so it’s safe to say that I’m aware of every trend and emerging brand that comes along. This year, my favorite has to be loose, baggy jeans. There are of course micro denim trends from patchwork to flares to split hem details. However, I personally love the look of a looser, straight fit to elongate your legs. It’s also great for the warmer weather months when you want to wear something more breathable. The beauty of denim is that you don’t need to overhaul your entire collection in order for it to have that new-season feel. Just one or two new additions to rotate among your favorites can make all the difference in the world. Some of my favorite brands include Agolde and Abercombie, although I’ve discovered newer ones over the past few months. Keep scrolling for my top picks.

Moussy Vintage
Wide Straight Jeans
Moussy Vintage makes jeans for true denim enthusiasts, and they cost a pretty penny too. I have to admit that they've nailed down the faded wash and shredded detailing like no other brand. Plus, their jeans really do mold to your body and get better with wear.

Mother
Tomcat Jeans
I raved about these jeans last year and they're still one of my favorite purchases ever. They're not too baggy and feature a slightly cropped inseam, which is perfect for us petite girls. They also hold their shape incredibly well, making the price worth it. If you're not sold on the baggy jeans trend yet, this might just be the pair to start with.

Agolde
Riley Jeans
I'm obsessed with the Riley cut jeans from Agolde and own them in a few different washes. The super high-rise makes you look nipped in at the waist without being uncomfortable. Since I'm only 5'2, I also love the shorter inseam.

90s Mid-Rise Jeans
Low-rise, baggy jeans are coming in strong but I'm not convinced on the look yet. So this pair is the next best thing with the mid-rise cut. They're the perfect casual jean with the right amount of distressing. I love wearing them dressed up with heels for a full-length, elongated look.
