Times are changing quick and I know so many of my friends from corporate are heading back into the office. So, I wanted to talk spring workwear today! I’ve personally been getting excited about overhauling my workwear for the warmer months. Lighter color palettes, chic white pants and power suits are all trends I’ve been dying to wear. Since my style tends to skew on the dressier end, I also love keeping an eye out for revamped tailored basics that I can mix into my everyday fits. These past few weeks, I’ve added a bunch of new styles to my collection and thought I’d round up some recent looks that you can recreate from the work week into the weekend!
1. Tweed or Boucle Jacket & White Denim
A tweed jacket is the perfect transitional piece for spring since it bridges the gap between the polarizing temperatures that are so common during this time. This one from Bloomingdale’s is a classic – but also leans into the preppy trend that’s been blowing up lately. It comes at a great price too!
2. Modern Suiting
3. Trench Coat & White Trousers
Trench coats make an entrance in my wardrobe every spring – but this one is especially splurge worthy because of the cool color-blocking. It looks so crisp against white pants.
4. Split Hem Pants & Ruffle Top
I honestly can’t get enough of Express’ latest collection. You girls have heard me say this before – but they truly have the best blend of pieces for work and play. A statement top with split hem trousers will take you from your desk to happy hour in a pinch.
5. Trench or Shirt Dress
If it isn’t obvious by now, Karen Millen has quickly become my go-to for high-quality workwear that can withstand miles in your wardrobe. I’m obsessed with this reinterpretation of the classic trench. It’s sublime as a dress or layered over more casual looks.
6. Bold Colored Separates
I’m not usually one for color but you can expect to see me wear lots of it this season. The hues I’m most excited about are red, yellow and green.

7. White Shirt & Midi Skirt
Finally, here’s a more timeless combination you can wear all year. Both the button-down shirt and midi skirt are trendier than ever lately, so there isn’t a more timely work outfit to wear now.
