Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day. The weather here has been so gorgeous lately. I can’t wait for summer to officially start! I’ve been stocking up on warm-weather pieces for both my work outfits and casual wear. I love smart basics that easily transition from the workday to the weekend. I typically invest in a few key pieces that I know I’ll get a ton of wear out of when it comes to my wardrobe basics.

This silk button-down is the perfect layering piece for the office, but it also dresses up denim cut-offs for the weekend. I love pairing dressier pieces with distressed denim for date nights and casual weekend outfits.

You probably already know how obsessed I am with this blazer because I own it in three colors (last featured here and here). I bought it in black just recently because I’ve gotten so much wear out of the navy and white versions and it’s under $100 so I couldn’t pass it up!

This white mini Gucci Marmont bag is my go-to summer bag. I love crossbody bags for the warmer months when I tend to be outdoors more. Although it’s technically a crossbody, I’ll often carry it as a clutch too.
