Today I’m back with my monthly shopping guide in which I’m sharing the pieces on my wish list each month (in case you missed last month’s edition, you can find it here). I started this series after receiving so many inquires asking for advice on building a wardrobe. I always try to buy a mix of affordable and investment pieces to build a long-lasting wardrobe that easily transitions from season to season so I hope my advice helps you no matter what your monthly or seasonal budget is.
It’s hard to believe we are already approaching mid-September and the official start of autumn. With September marking the first month of the fall season, it’s the perfect time to start thinking about which pieces are on your wish list and where you need to fill in. I always try to stick to a budget each season so if that’s a factor for you as well, I suggest starting out by determining which (if any) designer pieces you want to add to your wardrobe for the season. That’s usually my first approach and then I fill in with more budget-friendly pieces as needed.
This outfit combines most of my fall essentials – a sweater dress, over-the-knee boots and a designer bag. Keep scrolling for more of my September picks at all price points.
