As I’ve been sharing more designer handbag reviews these past few weeks, there has been one particular piece you all have been asking about. And that’s the Louis Vuitton Multi Pochette Accessoires. This bag rose in popularity over the past year with micro and multi bags trending hard. I’m sure you’ve seen it graze the arms of celebrities and top influencers alike, and it’s since become one of the most wanted bags. I was lucky enough to get my hands on it last winter and it’s one of my favorites today.

What Does It Come With?

The Louis Vuitton Multi Pochette Accessoires is definitely a unique bag. It distinguishes itself from other designer bag styles with all its different components. It combines three pieces from their small leather goods collection into one handbag. You can expect to receive the Pochette Accessoires bag, Mini Pochette Accessoires, and a Round Coin Purse. It also comes with an adjustable Louis Vuitton inscribed Jacquard strap along with a removable gold chain. All the pieces can be combined to form a cross-body bag with multiple pockets and compartments.

I love that you can customize this bag and wear all the pieces together – or even break them apart and carry them separately. You can even change out the strap for a more fun and vibrant bandoulière (the two original strap options are pink or khaki). Overall, I think the personalization options with the Multi Pochette Accessoires make the bag so versatile and fun.

How Practical Is It?

In terms of functionality, the canvas is pretty soft on the Louis Vuitton Multi Pochette Accessoires, making it incredibly lightweight. I do appreciate that because it makes the bag easy and practical to carry around everyday. I’ve been carrying mine a lot over the past few months – and will often alternate between that and the Palm Springs Mini while I’m running errands.

The fact that there are three compartments means you can fit quite a bit in there. I usually have my wallet, keys, and daily beauty essentials (like lip balm or lipstick) in the Pochette Accessoires bag. The Mini Pochette is great for holding your phone. Finally, the Round Coin Purse can be useful for storing mints, hair ties, bobby pins, and smaller miscellaneous items.

The Jacquard strap is adjustable so you can make it shorter to throw over one shoulder – or longer to wear it crossbody style. I personally prefer to wear mine across the body as seen in the photos here.

How To Style It?

The Louis Vuitton Multi Pochette Accessoires might seem like a casual handbag at first glance with the wider strap and various pieces. It no doubt looks really chic with athleisure outfits, denim, and casual every looks. However, it can be easy to dress up too. The smaller size of the two bags won’t overwhelm dressier outfits or statement pieces with heavy sequins and embellishments. Plus, you can always lose the wider strap and just carry the Pochettes with the chain strap as an elegant evening bag.

During the warmer months, I usually just throw the bag over any outfit from denim jackets to basic tees. In the fall and winter, I love the way this bag looks layered underneath a coat, over a blazer, or even with cozy knit sweaters.

Where to Buy the Louis Vuitton Multi Pochette Accessoires?

The Multi Pochette Accessoires is basically sold out everywhere – even on the Louis Vuitton website unless you’re willing to purchase the “My LV World Tour” version, which allows for cute graphics at a much higher cost. The original Multi Pochette Accessoires was last priced at $1640 in October last year whereas the World Tour one is currently $2,250.

Would I Buy It Again?

I honestly love this handbag, especially when I think about how often I use mine. I would no doubt purchase it again. As you guys know, when purchasing a designer bag, I always think about the resale value even if I have no intentions of selling it. Seeing how pre-owned styles of the Multi Pochette Accessoires are selling in the $2,000 price range, I know this bag has really held up in value. It was definitely worth it!

Who’s It Not Right For?

With all that said, I don’t think this bag is necessarily right for everyone. The pieces that make up this bag are sold individually, so if you already own one of the small leather goods, it may not make sense to invest in the Multi Pochette Accessoires. Otherwise, you’d be getting a duplicate pouch. If you don’t own any of the small leather goods, then it’s absolutely worth considering.
