What to Buy From the Shopbop Sale

This fall season is already off to great start with the Shopbop ‘Buy More, Save More’ event kicking off today. It’s the best time of the year to save on new fall arrivals (including both staple items and trends) that will stay relevant in your wardrobe for the next several months. Shopbop runs this sale every year and it’s always one of my favorites to shop because they have such a well-curated assortment. The sale works the same way it has in previous years and lets you to take 20% off orders under $500 – or save 25% off orders greater $500. It runs for only three days – and many times, sizes will sell out quickly since everyone is shopping. I recommend purchasing those must-have pieces as soon as you can. Below, I’ve rounded up my top picks for the season.
Superdown Sweatshirt Dress (wearing an XXS) | Mango Camel Coat (wearing an XS/S) | Stuart Weitzman Over-The-Knee Boots (new version here, better for budget here) | Bottega Veneta The Pouch Bag (in Camello color, in stock color here) | Givenchy Sunglasses
Fall Coat
I just shared my fall coat guide yesterday (here) and at the top of that list is luxe faux fur coats and a classic camel coat. They’re all staples in my fall and winter wardrobe and I’m obsessed with how chic and versatile they are. I’ve already purchased several new styles and have been throwing them over everything. If you haven’t updated your coat collection, I pulled some chic, cozy styles below.
Balmain Blazer (wearing an FR34, better for budget here) | ASTR The Label Black Cutout Turtleneck(wearing an XS) | Blank Denim Faux Leather Pants (wearing a 24 – runs TTS) | Nike Cortez Sneakers (run TTS) | New Era NY Hat | Quay Sunglasses | Prada Cahier Bag
Sweaters
You can never have enough sweaters in the fall, and this is the best time to build your collection since the weather is just beginning to change. I constantly obsess over chunky knits, cardigans, and turtlenecks. This sweater was one of my favorite styles from last year but it kept selling out. I was so excited to see that Shopbop brought it back this season so I can finally grab a backup.
Similar White Sweater Coat | Free People Tunic (wearing an XS) | Stuart Weitzman Over-The-Knee Boots(read my buying guide here, similar here) | Givenchy Antigona Bag
Over The Knee Boots
I love taking advantage of the Shopbop sale to buy expensive pieces that rarely go on sale. One of those investment-worthy pieces is over-the-knee boots. By now, you guys know how much I love my Stuart Weitzman OTK boots and it’s pretty rare to find the best selling styles on sale. Luckily, you can score a great deal on them during this event.
Revolve Faux Fur Coat (wearing an XXS) | Revolve Sweater (wearing an XS) | GRLFRND Denim (wearing a 24 – runs TTS) | Saint Laurent Sunset Bag (larger size here – on sale now!) | Christian Louboutin So Kate Heels
Denim
Nothing beats a great a pair of jeans for the perfect casual look. Levi’s makes some of my favorite pairs under $100 and I love how they’re constantly coming out with new styles and washes. If you’re in the mood to update your denim this fall, Shopbop still has many of my favorite styles in stock.
Revolve LPA Sweater (wearing an XS) | Revolve NBD Faux Leather Pants (wearing an XXS) | Bottega Veneta The Pouch (in Mist color) | Gianvito Rossi Heels (run TTS) | Celine ‘Edge’ Sunglasses (similar here, better for budget here)
Leather Pieces
I just can’t seem to get enough of leather this fall from skirts to pants and everything else. Although I believe leather is an investment-worthy piece, you don’t have to splurge on the real thing to get the elevated look! I’ve sworn by these leather pants for years now and they’re included in the Shopbop Event.
Lioness White Blazer (runs TTS) | Cami NYC White Cami (budget option here) | GRLFRND Denim (run TTS) | Gucci Marmont Bag | Quay Sunglasses
My Most Worn Pieces
Some of the most-prized pieces in my wardrobe come from Shopbop, like this blazer, which I own in three different colors. I also swear by layering camis to add a feminine touch to an outfit, and Cami NYC makes the best ones. Below, I pulled together more of the pieces I frequently wear on the blog and Instagram.
